And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.
- Wednesdays, October 5–May 2, 6:50–8:00pm (Not meeting Oct 19, Nov 23, Dec 21–Jan 4, Apr 4)
- Downtown Campus, Wednesday Connection class option
This year at the Downtown Campus, we will examine various aspects of parenting, such as the importance of the marriage relationship, how to get to the heart of your child, discipline issues, how to deal with conflict, and preparing children for young adulthood. All parents are welcome, though the class will focus on issues related to parenting younger children.
What Is Christ Centered-Parenting?
God has reconciled the world to himself through Jesus Christ, and we who claim allegiance to Christ have been entrusted with a “message” and a “ministry” of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18–19). As Christian parents, our aim is to faithfully embrace this ministry and impart this message for the sake of our children.
This series of weekly classes is designed to encourage parents in their crucial role. Parents may join at any time during the year. For more information on the Downtown class, contact Dick & Julie Dahl (651-773-9632).
Christ-Centered Parenting North & South is being offered as a Sunday School class.
